I’m sorry that you had to wait so long for this review – I bought the Sashimi knife for my husband for Father’s Day. (We celebrated on Saturday because that is the day my son came over.) My husband loves the knife! I didn’t know it would be as long as it is, but that just pleases him more. I didn’t know about the lovely chopsticks that you included with the Sashimi knife until last Friday when I wrapped the knife. They are lovely! Thank you so much for the gift.
