This beautiful Sakura Pattern Black Yukata from Japanese Style has traditional Japanese patterns. The starting pattern is the Shibori, consisting of small dots. Following is Seigaiha, a wave pattern and is translated as a blue wave of the sea. These traditional patterns have been used in Kimonos and Yukatas for thousands of years. I’m very happy with my yukata, the print is exactly as display. I’m 5’2″ and ordered the 58″ yukata, knowing that I would be washing it in hot water – yes, there was some shrinkage. The bottom of the yukata just skims the floor, which is exactly what I wanted.
