This Nemaki Geometric Navy & White Yukata will surely become your favorite robe. Thin cotton gauze lining inside makes this yukata extremely comfortable and perfect for wear all year round. The soft lining keeps you cool in the summer yet warm in the winter. The sleeves are straight for use as daily wear and sleepwear, perfect for use as a house robe, bathrobe, spa or swim suite cover up. Many bed and breakfast inns, resorts, and spas provide these Yukatas for their guests. Graced with a navy blue geometric pattern on a white background. Patterns vary. It can shrink a few inches in length and overall after washing, depending on how you wash and dry your Nemaki. Size can vary within 1/2″. Measure from your shoulder to 55″ or 57″ to see the length of the Nemaki.

My old cotton, lined yukata finally started tearing in the seat and my wife insisted that I get a new one as soon as possible. I found a lined, men’s yakata on Japanese Style’s website. It sounded perfect and I ordered it. It arrived in two day, I washed and shrunk it in the dryer and it fits perfect. It’s of higher quality than my old one and I’m very happy with it.

I have been buying Yukata’s from Japanese style for my husband for ten years or more now. Each one lasts about five years of daily wear with frequent washings and gets softer and more beautiful with age. At some point the belts shred and I buy another entire garment saving the old ones for me to pull on when having to rush outside. I like the subtle blue and white pattern and the absorbency of the gauze lining which makes the robe good to put on after a shower. Being long and well wrapped it also makes a nice lounging garment. An excellent find and one we expect to keep purchasing for many more years.
